Welcome to SIC ARTS MEDIA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.sicartsmedia.com) and the purchase of our products. By using or ordering from our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

SIC ARTS MEDIA is an independent creative brand offering original artwork and print-on-demand merchandise. We operate via Shopify and partner with Printful and Printify for production and fulfillment.

2. Use of the Website

By accessing or using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or using it under guardian supervision. You agree to use the site lawfully and not misuse it.

3. Product Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printful and Printify. Products may ship from various locations. Production and shipping times may vary. SIC ARTS MEDIA is not liable for delays or errors caused by these partners but will assist in resolving issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is accepted through Shopify’s secure checkout system, including credit cards and PayPal. Full payment must be completed to process your order.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply for international orders. SIC ARTS MEDIA is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the estimated delivery date for eligible items. Please email sicartsmedia@gmail.com before returning anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Returned to the proper fulfillment location (Printful, Printify, or other designated site)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind)
  • Final sale or personalized/custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

If your item is damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photo/video proof
  • Include your order number and a brief description

Return shipping costs are determined based on the situation and fulfillment provider. You’ll be notified if a prepaid return label will be provided or if you're responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges require approval. After return approval, you may place a new order.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed status may be discarded or donated after 30 days, and no refund will be issued. Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

EU Customers: You may cancel or return eligible non-custom items within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact sicartsmedia@gmail.com if your refund hasn't arrived within 15 business days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of SIC ARTS MEDIA or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Terms of Purchase for Digital Goods

By purchasing digital products from SIC ARTS MEDIA, you agree to the following:

Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

  • Download and use files for personal projects
  • Display or print for personal enjoyment

You may not:

  • Resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense the files
  • Use for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Modify or create derivatives for resale or distribution

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via instant download or email. Ensure your email is accurate. SIC ARTS MEDIA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Refunds & Returns

All digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a technical issue prevents access. Contact sicartsmedia@gmail.com for support.

Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of SIC ARTS MEDIA. No copyright or trademark ownership is transferred.

We do not guarantee updates or technical support unless explicitly stated.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. SIC ARTS MEDIA is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
